Meditation Page
Welcome to our meditation page on
here we will place a meditation that you can use at home.For
those of you who have not meditated before there are a few
things to remember.Find a quiet place, turn down the phone,
sit in a comfortable chair and play some relaxation
music.
1: One of the
most important things to do is protect yourself. You do this
by imagining that you are enclosed in a bubble from the top of
your head,right down both sides of your body and under the
soles of your feet.
2:Take some
deep breathes, inhale whilst counting to 4 then exhaling to
the count of 5,6,7,8.This will help you to relax and if
you find the chatterbox (the voice inside your head) interupts
focus on your count. When you find you are relaxed try this
meditation .
Meditation One
Get comfortable,close your
eyes,relax, breathe deeply and protect
youself. Imagine you
are in a field the grass is high and the sun is shinning.You
can feel its warmth and feel so relaxed.As you look around you
you see a wooded glade.You enter this glad and follow a
winding path, the sun is filtering through the trees as you
wander along you hear the birds and insects,you come into an
area that widens and in it is a old wooden seat,sit rest
awhile you feel a presence beside you,you look and see a
beautiful white light.This light surrounds you with
unconditional love enjoy this feeling as you sit and be at
peace, you start to realise this being wants to talk to you,
listen,enjoy, ask any questions you might have . Stay awhile.
Its time to say farewell to your
friend as you go to leave they tell you their name . In
your own space and time gently come back to the room bringing
with you the peace and love and words of wisdom you
received from your guide. You may like to record your
journey.
