Welcome Everyone,

I am excited about the one day workshop on the 6th of this month and then we have a four week class starting on the 15th of September so lots to look forward too.

I had a lovely day yesterday with a group of female friends we did the lunch thing and just connected and laughted and chatted one of the ladies has decided to call our group "Spiritual Diva's" which I think is rather fun so we are now meeting every six weeks to nuture our bodies, mind, and spirit. Remember we should always take care of ourselves so that we can be the best that we can be, so why not create your own "Spiritual Diva's" group and get together even if its just to meet at each others house, go for a walk, just make sure you have fun and laugh a lot!

If you have any friends or family or pets that need healing just email us and Clyde will send absent healing to them.
