Many thanks to my daughter Tash for consistenly being
my typist. I do appreciate it.
Do
remember to be grateful for at least 5 things everyday it
makes one look for the positives in life.
Keep a gratitude journal - make it a family dinning
exercise, the youngest of children can participate and it
keeps everyone focused on the good in our
lives.
Remember our healing book is worked on every day and
specifically on Mondays.
Try to meditate everyday it helps you to hear your
messages from your guides and angels
clearer.
