So as we farewell another physical year, remember the lessons we have learnt on the journey this year.

Know that whatever trails we overcome the rewards we receive for our spiritual growth do make us stronger even if we can’t see it at the time.

Be childlike again at this special time - find the magic of Christmas - hold it within and keep that feeling – take it with you into the New Year and everyone you meet pass it forward. If we all aspire to that we will find peace within our lives and within the world.

A message I was given in meditation that I’d like to share with you - Faith becomes second nature when you are in tune with us. Our guidance will give you faith – trust we will help you - please ask you can have it all. We are here for all.”
